Local Lumber Business Sees 20% Growth
Objective: In the San Francisco bay area, Dolan’s Lumber has been a proudly family-owned business for almost 60 years, a place thousands of bay area contractors and homeowners have relied on for knowledgable and honest service. After the recession, Dolan’s business was being challenged by a slower economy and new, lower-priced competitors entering the market.
Solution: Entercom stepped in to revitalize Dolan’s business with great radio creative, compelling DJ endorsements and traffic building ideas. Working in partnership with Dolan’s, Entercom created a campaign that used integrated assets to showcase the superior consumer buying experience at Dolan’s. This included a video series featuring 97.5 Host and radio personality Gianna Franco, which followed along step-by-step as she renovated her own home. Using a wide array of assets from on air, to video to endorsements, the campaign captured the attention of Entercom’s listeners as Gianna opened her home to her fans, sharing her authentic experiences.
RESULTS: Dolan’s has experienced incredible sales results, seeing over 20% growth and reaching a whole new group of customers.
